Parking is available for those who have booked their spot in advance through the booking page. Please read the following terms and conditions for the event.
Event Conditions and Rules:
BOOKING(limited spaces):
The event is limited to 995 participants (including children) and bookings are on a first come first served basis. Therefore, we encourage early booking to reserve for your friends and family.
Please bring your booking confirmation with you.
DIRECTIONS and PARKING:
A maximum of 250 off road parking spaces are available. These will be allocated to the pre-booked tickets only.
· By Car - Vehicle Access via Cockfosters Road EN4 0DZ.
Please follow the signs towards the event parking site. You must co-operate with our parking attendants at all times.
Please note that parking on double lines on the public roads is illegal and liable for parking fine of £130.
· By Public Transport - Trent Park is a few minutes away from Cockfosters tube station.
FOOD and CATERING
BBQ Kebabs and Hot Ash-e-reshteh must be pre-booked to ensure availability. On the day additional purchases may be available for takeaway.
Persian Patisseries, snacks, hot tea/ coffee and cold refreshments will be available to purchase on site. You can bring your own food and snacks if you wished, but in compliance Health and Safety regulations, No heating gears nor personal BBQ facilities are permitted.
CHAIRS and BLANKETS
Please bring your own folding chairs, blankets and pop-up tents.
NO GLASS ALLOWED
No glass bottles or sharp items (such as metal knives) are allowed in the area.
DOGS PERMITTED
Small family pet dogs are allowed within the event ground, but must be ON LEASH at all times. Larger dogs are strictly not permitted without prior permission from the organizers.
USE OF ALCOHOL and CODE OF BEHAVIOUR
Use of alcohol at this event is not endorsed and use of spirits is not permitted. For the benefit of all participants and a family friendly atmosphere, any abusive, inappropriate or drunken behavior, or other types of disturbance to enjoyment of others will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave the event premises. The decision of the stewards will be final.
CHILDREN
Adult supervision of children is required at all times.
DISABLES CUSTOMERS
Limited parking facilities for disabled customers exist. You must reserve these by Saturday 15th March to guarantee availability. Other facilities include wheelchair accessible toilets.
DONATIONS and REVENUES
Panah Children Charity is a Non-Government registered Charity (no. 1130290). Donation of £5 per person will only cover the event cost and any additional donations will be used for charitable projects.
All donations and profits from sale of food, refreshments and parking are used for the benefit of the “children in need”. Please visit our website or contact us at info@panahchildren.org to receive more information about our work.
